What is bún bò Huế?
Bún bò Huế comes from Huế, Vietnam’s old imperial city: round rice noodles in a rich broth built on lemongrass and beef, with beef shank, pork leg and meatballs. It arrives with bean sprouts, basil, onion, lime and Thai chili, and our chili oil and saté on the side so you choose the heat.

Bring a pot from home, or borrow one of our buckets, and we’ll fill it with broth, noodles, vegetables, meatballs, beef shank and pork leg, with chili oil and saté on the side. From $35 for about four people.
